・商品の価格は消費税込み、送料抜きの価格です。
・ご注文後はnoreply@thebase.inより、自動的に注文確定のメールや配送完了メールが送信されますので、メールを受信できるよう受信設定のご確認をお願いいたします。

▶送料について

送料が別途かかります。送料はお客様側のご負担となり、全国一律600円（税込）です。
なお、商品を5,000円（税込）以上ご購入頂くと、国内でのご注文のみ、送料が無料になります。

▶Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated separately, and the customer must bear the cost of shipping.
Upon entering your address, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your region/ country.
Orders may be paid for via PayPal or bank transfer only.* *For international bank transfers, confirmation of receipt of payment may take longer.
Please note that any remittance fees incurred must be borne by the customer.
We offer a flat rate of ¥600 (Inc. tax) on domestic orders. For orders above ¥5,000, domestic shipping is free.


▶最大購入数について

1商品につき、最大3点までご購入頂けます。同商品を3点以上お求めの場合は一度購入に進み、カートを空にしてから新規でご注文ください。また、新規ご注文の際は別途送料がかかりますので、ご了承の上、ご購入手続きにお進みください。

▶Order Limits

Customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of three of each item per order. Customers wishing to order more than three specific items are advised to complete their first order, and once their cart is empty, proceed with ordering any additional items. Please note that shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.

▶役務または商品の引渡時期

通常、ご注文から2～5営業日前後でお客様へお届けとなります。但し離島へのお届けの場合や、自然災害、その他の突発的な事象の発生による交通事情の悪化のあった場合、在庫切れの場合にはお届けが遅れる場合があります。

▶Timing of provision of service and or products

Under normal circumstances, products are delivered within 2-5 working days after an order has been placed. However, for deliveries to outlying islands, or in the event of a natural disaster or other such sudden calamity affecting transport networks, or in the event an item is out of stock, deliveries may be delayed.

▶返品について

弊社が別途認めた場合を除き、商品の交換又は返品に応じることはできません。
万一、お届けした商品に初期不良や配送中の破損および汚損、欠品があった場合には商品到着後7日以内にCONTACTページにてご連絡ください。
またご注文確定後の購入者様からのキャンセルは原則的にお受けすることができませんので、ご了承ください。

Other than in exceptional cases, we are unable to comply with requests for exchanges and or returns.。
In the event that the product delivered is faulty, has been damaged or degraded during transit, or the order is incomplete, please get in touch via the CONTACT page within 7 days of receipt of your order.
